About the Role

Join our Revenue team and help keep essential financial services running smoothly. You will manage cash receipting, process payments and billing, maintain accurate financial records, and deliver great service while supporting efficient revenue and debt management across the health service.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash, EFTPOS and direct deposit receipts
• Balance daily takings and prepare bank deposits
• Raise invoices and process Medicare and health fund claims
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up debtors
• Process approved waivers, write offs and fund transfers
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
• Support compliance reviews and audit requirements
• Maintain accurate financial records and data
• Liaise with patients, insurers and external agencies
• Build strong relationships across Finance and SA Health teams

About You

You are a customer focused administrator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering accurate financial services. You enjoy working in a busy environment, build strong relationships and take pride in providing reliable, high quality support.

• Experience in receipting, billing or cashier services
• Skilled with accounting and billing systems
• Deliver accurate work and manage competing priorities
• Build trusted relationships with customers and colleagues
• Handle sensitive information with integrity and care
