About the Role

Join our statewide ACAS team and help deliver a seamless experience for older Australians. You'll manage referrals, coordinate key admin processes, maintain accurate records and support our leadership team, making a real difference through efficient, high quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound referrals and client enquiries
• Process assessments and Support Plan Reviews
• Maintain accurate records and data quality
• Support calendars, meetings, agendas and minutes
• Coordinate rosters, schedules and travel bookings
• Provide My Aged Care system support and advice
• Liaise with clients, staff and external services
• Prepare reports and monitor key performance data
• Order supplies and maintain office resources
• Uphold privacy, confidentiality and legislative requirements

About You

You are an organised and customer focused administrator who enjoys making a difference. You bring strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while supporting older Australians to access the care they need.

• MAClearning Administration Certificate with Triage
• Experience in aged care, health or community services
• Skilled in My Aged Care and Microsoft Office
• Deliver accurate work and manage competing priorities
• Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
