About the Role

Make a real difference by supporting people on their mental health recovery journey. You'll deliver compassionate, person-centred care, work alongside a multidisciplinary team, build strong relationships with consumers and carers, and help create positive outcomes in a supportive, collaborative environment.

• Deliver person-centred mental health care
• Assess needs and support care plans with Registered Nurses
• Build strong relationships with consumers, carers and care partners
• Provide therapeutic support, education and recovery-focused care
• Contribute to quality improvement and a safe care environment

About You

You'll bring compassion, teamwork and a genuine commitment to helping people achieve the best possible mental health outcomes. We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow their skills while delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care.

• Current NMBA Enrolled Nurse registration
• Mental Health Nursing qualification or equivalent
• Experience as an enrolled nurse in mental health
• Deliver safe, recovery focused mental health care
• Build strong relationships with consumers and teams
• Communicate well and work with initiative and care
