About the Role:

Join the Riverland Community Health Service and play a key role in delivering high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative support. In this rewarding position, you'll help create a welcoming experience for clients, staff, and visitors while contributing to the smooth operation of essential health services across the Riverland Mallee Coorong region.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Criteria 

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative, clerical, and data entry skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
  • Experience managing office administration processes, including medical records and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of office procedures, government administrative processes, and relevant legislation.

Desired Criteria 

  • Certificate III in Business Administration, Recordkeeping, or a related qualification.
  • Experience in a health service administration environment, including familiarity with Client Management Engine (CME).
  • Strong organisational, time management, and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver excellent customer service.
