About the Role

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of people experiencing mental illness by delivering expert clinical care and leadership within CALHN's Mental Health Clinical Program. You'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality, recovery-focused care while helping shape the future of mental health services through education, research and continuous improvement.

• Deliver specialist psychiatric care and clinical leadership
• Support multidisciplinary, recovery focused practice
• Mentor registrars, junior doctors and medical students
• Lead quality, safety and clinical improvement activities
• Contribute to research, education and on call services

About You

You're a compassionate Psychiatrist committed to clinical excellence, collaboration and improving mental health outcomes.

• MBBS or equivalent with Specialist Medical Board registration
• Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists
• Strong clinical leadership and multidisciplinary team skills
• Experience in teaching, supervision and quality improvement
• Commitment to recovery focused, patient centred care
