Overview:

 

The Commission on Excellence and Innovation in Health (CEIH) is seeking motivated and experienced Project Managers to join our Partnerships team. Multiple opportunities are available for professionals who are passionate about improving health outcomes through collaboration, innovation and system-wide change.

As a Partnerships Project Manager, you will lead and support a diverse portfolio of projects that contribute to CEIH's strategic priorities. Project assignments may include initiatives delivered through the South Australian Comprehensive Cancer Network (SACCaN), including Optimal Care Pathways (OCPs), the Cancer Workforce Wellbeing and Sustainability Initiative, and other statewide clinical improvement, service redesign and health system transformation projects.

Working closely with clinicians, consumers, health services, government agencies and other key stakeholders, you will coordinate project planning and delivery, facilitate engagement and governance processes, analyse evidence and data, and develop high-quality reports, briefings and recommendations to support decision-making. You will also design and undertake project monitoring and evaluation activities, assess outcomes and benefits realisation, and use insights to inform continuous improvement and future service and system enhancements.

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
