About the Role
Join the Urgent Care Hub and help shape integrated care that keeps consumers well at home.
• Lead expert assessment, care coordination and clinical advice
• Build rapid assessment and hospital avoidance pathways
• Support teams through clinical leadership and education
• Strengthen partnerships across acute and community services

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring strong clinical expertise, leadership capability and a commitment to integrated care.

• Registered Nurse with current or eligible practising certificate
• Strong clinical assessment, and decision making skills
• Experience leading teams, change and consumer engagement
• Experience developing out of hospital care pathways
• Strong understanding of safety standards, legislation and nursing practice
