Overview:

  • Lead the strategic planning, design and evaluation of critical data architecture programs, projects and services that guide and influence the design of best practice data platforms, tools, and solutions for the DAI Data Asset.
  • Lead the development, adoption and review of data architecture standards and principles, in alignment with Digital Health SA architecture policies and governance frameworks and deliver technical leadership to the design of major data architectural projects and activities.
  • Lead the development and adoption of data architecture artefacts across the DAI data platform, including ETL, integration patterns, and the semantic layer beneath consumption tools, to ensure data is consistent, well-governed, and easily discoverable for business users able to find and use DAI's data directly.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, technical teams, consultants, and service providers to influence the technical delivery of critical programs related to the DAI strategic data asset, including providing expert technical advice on business data needs and feasibility to support delivery decisions.

  • A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment).

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact).

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
