About the Role

Join The Queen Elizabeth Hospital’s Medical Education Unit and help deliver responsive support for prevocational medical training. You’ll coordinate key administrative tasks and connect educators, clinicians and trainees across CALHN.

Key duties

• Support medical education leaders and simulation staff
• Prepare correspondence, records and key documents
• Coordinate schedules, activities and follow up actions
• Maintain accurate and confidential information systems
• Liaise with trainees, supervisors and partner organisations

About You

You’re a proactive, customer focused administrator who learns quickly, uses initiative and is ready to step into higher duties when required.

• Hold relevant courses in administration and computing
• Bring hospital admin experience supporting leaders and teams
• Use Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and record systems confidently
• Communicate clearly and handle sensitive matters with discretion
• Work independently, set priorities, solve problems and adapt
