About the Role:

You will provide person-centred care and support to residents within a residential care setting. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assist residents with their daily needs while promoting their dignity, wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

About You:

• Hold a completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
• Experience providing direct care to aged, frail or disabled people in a health or community setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work with limited direction, use initiative and maintain confidentiality.
• Commitment to safe working practices, quality customer service and working effectively as part of a team.
