Clinical Nurse/Midwife Facilitator Role - RN/M2C

As a Clinical/Nurse/Midwife Facilitator, you'll play a key role in supporting the learning, confidence and professional development of nursing and midwifery students, EN cadets, and graduate nurses and midwives across our regional health network.  Working closely with Nurse Educators, you'll provide hands on "at elbow" clinical support, mentor staff in practice, assist site preceptors, and help foster a positive learning culture across a variety of clinical settings.

Clinical Facilitators are employed within one of three regional hubs and may work across multiple sites within that hub.  Opportunities are available across general medical, surgical, aged care and rural multipurpose services, with specialist facilitator roles in Perioperative, Emergency Department and Renal nursing.

Associate Nurse/Midwife Educator Role - RN/M2A

As an Associate Nurse/Midwife Educator, you'll help develop the confidence, skills and capability of nursing and midwifery students, new staff and less experienced clinicians through practical, point of care support.  Working alongside Nurse Educators and clinical leaders, you'll provide face to face, on the ground and virtual guidance, promoting reflective practice, critical thinking and evidence-based care.

This is a predominantly clinical role with opportunities to lead education portfolios, including precepting, mentoring and coaching.  You'll support the delivery of high-quality clinical education while contributing to a positive learning culture and the ongoing development of the nursing and midwifery workforce.

Associate Nurse/Midwife Educators re employed within one of the three regional hubs and may work across multiple sites within that hub.
