About the Role:

Join the RMCLHN as our Senior Manager, Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology and make a meaningful difference to the health and wellbeing of people across our regional communities. As a recognised clinical leader, you’ll shape innovative, evidence-based services, lead and support a skilled multidisciplinary team, drive workforce development and quality improvement, and influence the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. What We're Looking For:

Essential Criteria 

  • Qualifications & Registration: Relevant Allied Health qualification with professional association membership and current AHPRA registration where applicable; higher qualifications in health management, clinical specialisation or education are highly regarded.
  • Clinical & Operational Leadership: Lead Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology services across RMCLHN, providing expert clinical advice, strategic planning and operational management.
  • People & Professional Development: Develop, supervise and mentor staff, promote evidence-based practice, and support education, workforce development and continuous professional development.
  • Patient-Centred Care & Collaboration: Deliver culturally safe, high-quality care while building strong relationships with consumers, clinicians, senior leaders, universities and external stakeholders.
  • Quality & Continuous Improvement: Lead service improvement, research and evaluation initiatives, ensuring quality, safety, compliance, effective resource management and alignment with health reforms.
