About the Role

Join our Spinal Rehab Unit and help people regain confidence, independence and quality of life. You’ll deliver expert, person-centred care, build strong partnerships and grow your practice through experience and learning.

• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care
• Manage care needs and clinical priorities
• Build trust with patients, families and the care team
• Maintain high standards of practice and accountability
• Support and guide delegated care
• Grow your skills through learning and experience

About You

Bring your nursing expertise, a team focus and a genuine commitment to person-centred care. You’ll be ready to build your capability and make a positive difference in spinal rehabilitation.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold NMBA registration or eligibility for registration
• Communicate well and solve issues with confidence
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Prioritise care and adapt to changing needs
• Apply nursing standards, legislation and quality systems
