About the Role

Join our Technical Suites team and help keep waitlists and bookings running smoothly. You’ll coordinate daily workflows, support your team and work with key clinical leaders to deliver an efficient, responsive service.

• Coordinate waitlists and bookings
• Support Elective Surgery Managers
• Supervise Waitlist Administrative Officers
• Allocate and coordinate team workloads
• Promote a positive team approach
• Maintain an efficient administrative service

About You

You’ll bring strong administrative skills, sound judgement and a customer focused approach. To succeed in this role, you will have:

• High level confidentiality, tact and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience coordinating work and supervising staff
• Experience with Microsoft Office and data systems
• Ability to prioritise work and meet agreed timeframes
