About the Role:

You will provide safe, high-quality midwifery care to women and families across the healthcare setting. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, applying your knowledge and skills to support positive outcomes and promote consumer and family-centred care.

About You: 

• Registered or eligible for registration as a Midwife with a current practising certificate.
• Demonstrated competence in midwifery practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
• Effective communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to prioritise workload and approach issues with creativity, flexibility and initiative.
• Commitment to consumer, client and family-centred care, with knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, codes and quality improvement.
