About the Role

An opportunity to lead an innovative early childhood allied health project that will strengthen workforce capacity and expand access to support for children across Early Childhood Education Centre (ECEC) settings.

As the Project Implementation Lead, you will take the project from planning through to implementation and evaluation.  You will work with allied health professionals, leadership and key internal and external stakeholders to establish an AHA-led group intervention model, enabling AHA cadets to deliver evidence-informed, play-based programs under the design and clinical supervision of qualified allied health professionals.

This innovative approach will support more children and services, while enabling AHPs to focus their expertise where it is most needed, including assessment, supervision and escalation.

About You

You will be an experienced and highly competent allied health clinician, with a recognised qualification within Allied Health profession and be eligible for full membership of the relevant professional association.  You will have the skills to lead a project, work collaboratively and build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Your experience will include project planning, implementation and evaluation, with the ability to support service improvement, workforce development and quality outcomes.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Community and Allied Health, with line management from the Healthy Families Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead this focused initiative from development through to evaluation.
