Join a highly specialised maternity team where your expertise will provide compassionate care and support to women navigating some of life’s most complex and emotional journeys. In this advanced practice role, you’ll lead and deliver expert care across perinatal loss, infant removals, early pregnancy loss, abortion services, and complex postnatal recovery, while influencing best-practice maternity care outcomes. Working with a high level of autonomy, you’ll provide clinical leadership, coordinate innovative programs, and support multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, woman-centred care. This is a unique opportunity to combine advanced clinical practice, advocacy, and leadership to make a meaningful impact on the lives of women and families when they need it most.

About you:

  • Effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a workplace environment that develops staff potential
  • Proven ability for flexibility, innovation, and creativity within the whole of service setting
