Coordinate people, programs and opportunities that support the development of junior doctors and the delivery of quality medical education.

About the Role

Be at the centre of a busy Medical Education Unit, providing high-level coordination and administrative support to the Director of Clinical Training and Medical Education Officer.

You'll help ensure medical education programs and junior doctor services run smoothly, with responsibility for:

  • Junior doctor rostering, education programs and accommodation
  • Coordinating meetings, committees, events and education activities
  • Preparing reports, correspondence, briefs and quality documents
  • Supporting projects, process improvements and effective service delivery

About You

You're an experienced administrator who enjoys bringing people, information and competing priorities together.  You can work independently, build effective relationships and stay organised when things get busy.

You'll bring:

  • High-level administration and executive support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and ability to meet demanding deadlines
  • Sound judgement, initiative and problem-solving ability
  • Experience with projects, research, records and process improvements
  • Discretion and a strong commitment to confidentiality

This is more than an administrative role.  Your work will help shape the experience and development of junior doctors while supporting senior medical leaders and a busy education program.
