About the Role

Lead the strategic management of CALHN’s equipment assets, supporting safe, reliable healthcare delivery across our network.

  • Shape asset plans, budgets and investment priorities
  • Lead maintenance, renewal and replacement strategies
  • Guide asset teams and strengthen governance
  • Drive performance, risk management and continuous improvement

About You

We’re looking for a strategic thinker who can lead complex asset programs, build strong partnerships and deliver sustainable outcomes across CALHN.

  • Lead complex capital programs with sound judgement and initiative
  • Apply asset management expertise to support healthcare delivery
  • Analyse complex issues and develop clear, strategic recommendations
  • Manage major equipment acquisitions, projects and contracts
  • Apply procurement, risk management and relevant standards
