About This Role

Looking for a rewarding permanent part-time opportunity where your cooking skills make a real difference? Join our healthcare team and help provide nutritious meals that support the health and wellbeing of our clients.

Working with the Catering and Utilities Team Leader and multidisciplinary team, you’ll help deliver a safe, efficient food service and positive dining experience.  In this role, you will:

• Prepare, cook, plate and distribute meals
• Cater for dietary, nutritional and special meal requirements
• Order supplies and manage stock and bulk food requirements
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain food safety standards
• Support kitchen coordination and care teams

About You

We’re looking for a flexible, team-focused Cook with:

• Bulk meal preparation and dietary catering experience
• Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Initiative, flexibility and ability to meet deadlines
• Sound judgement, discretion and ability to work independently
