About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in Ward 2B Blue Gum, you will assess needs, plan and deliver care, and review outcomes for people in the Geriatric Specialist Dementia Unit. Work closely with patients, families and the care team to support safe, compassionate care.

  • Assess needs and plan person-centred nursing care
  • Deliver and review care across each shift
  • Work with families, colleagues and support services
  • Support students and less experienced staff
  • Contribute to safety and quality improvement

About You

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold or be eligible for NMBA registration
  • Hold or be eligible for a current practising certificate
  • Bring sound nursing skills and clinical judgement
  • Communicate well with patients, families and colleagues
  • Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
