About the Role

Join Neuroscience and Rehabilitation as a Senior Administration Officer and help keep services running smoothly while supporting our teams and patients.

  • Lead and support ASO2 staff
  • Manage admin, finance, HR and payroll support
  • Coordinate rooms, telehealth, clinics and meetings
  • Manage referrals and allocate appointments

About You

Bring your strong administration skills, initiative and customer focus to a role where you can lead, solve problems and support quality services.

  • Lead and supervise staff with confidence
  • Communicate clearly and negotiate positive outcomes
  • Use Microsoft, databases and reporting systems
  • Apply legislation, policies, WHS and HR principles
  • Manage competing priorities with initiative and drive
