Are you an experienced catering professional with a passion for leading people and delivering quality support services?  Join our team as a Catering & Utility Team Leader, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients, residents and staff receive high-quality catering, cleaning, linen and laundry services every day.

About the Role

As the Catering & Utility Team Leader, you'll coordinate and support a dedicated team responsible for catering, cleaning, linen and laundry services, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.  You'll provide day to day leadership, oversee work allocation and rostering, support staff development and maintain quality service delivery.  You may also be required to undertake cook duties when needed.

What We're Looking For

• We're seeking a practical, hands on leader who can motivate a team while maintaining high service standards. You will bring:
• Trade qualifications or equivalent skills as a Cook
• Experience leading catering and support service teams
• Experience across catering, cleaning, linen and laundry services
• Strong rostering, organisational and work prioritisation skills
• Experience providing staff guidance, training and safe work practices
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
• The ability to exercise sound judgement, initiative and problem-solving in a busy environment.
