Lead, inspire and make a difference at the Noarlunga Health Precinct.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Services Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality Hotel Services across the Noarlunga Health Precinct. This is an exciting opportunity to provide operational leadership across a diverse service environment, supporting teams to deliver safe, efficient and consumer-focused services.

Working closely with staff, managers and senior stakeholders, you will drive service excellence, support a positive workplace culture and ensure Hotel Services are delivered to a high standard. You will play a key role in workforce leadership, operational performance, work health and safety, and continuous improvement.

About the role: 

Duties for the role include:

• Lead and inspire the Hotel Services team, fostering a positive, inclusive and high performing workplace culture focused on consumer-centred service, safety and staff wellbeing.
• Oversee the delivery of Hotel Services, including environmental cleaning, patient transport and logistics, waste management and kitchen operations, ensuring services are safe, efficient, compliant and responsive to consumer needs.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve service quality, productivity, efficiency and patient flow across the Noarlunga Health Precinct.
• Manage resources and performance, including workforce planning, recruitment, staff development, budgets and physical resources to ensure services are effectively delivered within allocated resources.
• Build strong partnerships and support governance, working collaboratively with senior stakeholders, contractors and hospital teams to maintain quality and safety standards, meet regulatory requirements and support strategic priorities.

About you:

• You are an experienced and confident leader with a background in Hotel Services, Support Services or a similar complex healthcare environment.
• You bring strong people, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage, influence and work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• You have excellent organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive service improvements.
• You are committed to quality, safety and person-centred care, with experience across workforce management, operational planning, financial management and compliance in a healthcare setting.
