  • Salary: RN/M2A – $107,487 to $114,917 p.a. + super + salary packaging
  • Location: Royal Adelaide Hospital, Adelaide SA
  • Permanent – Full Time, 38 hours per week, seven-day roster

About the role

Take the next step in your nursing career as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager in the Royal Adelaide Hospital Technical Suites. Deliver person centred care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional procedures, while supporting the Nurse Unit Manager to lead a skilled nursing team and maintain safe, consistent care.

Bring your clinical experience to support patient preparation, procedural care and recovery. Guide less experienced nurses, coordinate care with multidisciplinary colleagues and help manage staffing, rostering and daily priorities. Contribute to practice improvements, clinical audits and staff learning to strengthen the quality of our medical imaging services.

About You

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold or be eligible for NMBA registration and a practice certificate

• Bring sound clinical nursing skills and relevant experience

• Guide students and less experienced nursing colleagues

• Communicate clearly, resolve issues and work across disciplines

Experience in Technical Suites, interventional radiology, operating theatres and/or cardiac procedural areas is highly desirable.

Please refer to the role description for the essential experience criteria, including post registration nursing experience or current Clinical Nurse classification, and knowledge of nursing standards and quality improvement systems.
