  • Full-time temporary up to 23/7/27
  • Must be willing to work Monday to Friday fixed roster - 7am to 3.06pm

About the Role

Join our Support Services team and help create a safe, responsive care environment for patients, clinicians and staff. You’ll manage day to day support, build strong working relationships and help maintain smooth service across clinical areas.

Key Duties

  • Support clinicians and patients across clinical areas
  • Manage day to day support service needs
  • Build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders
  • Maintain safe, responsive and reliable services
  • Work closely with clinical teams and ward leaders
  • Respond to security and emergency matters
  • Liaise with SA Health, government agencies, contractors and the public
  • Escalate issues to the right leader and support timely resolution

About You

You’ll bring practical experience, sound judgement and a strong commitment to supporting patients, families, clinicians and colleagues.•

  • Hold an AQF Certificate III relevant to the role
  • Complete at least 560 hours of satisfactory in service experience
  • Bring experience in healthcare security and care environments
  • Apply sound judgement, initiative and workload priorities
  • Communicate well and build rapport with diverse people
