Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) -Senior Manager – Occupational Therapy

  • Adelaide CBD and various CALHN sites, SA | Occupational Therapy
  • Salary: AHP4 – $123,048 to $133,957 p.a. + superannuation and salary packaging
  • Temporary full-time, 38 hours per week, five-day roster, until November 2027
  • Part-time employment will also be considered.

About the Role

Lead Occupational Therapy services across CALHN and help teams deliver safe, evidence-based care. Bring clinical expertise and management skills to service planning, staff development and quality improvement, working with senior leaders to strengthen care across sites.

• Lead operational plans and service delivery across sites

• Manage workforce, rosters, resources and staff performance

• Guide clinical supervision, credentialing and staff development

• Build partnerships with clinical teams and senior leaders

• Drive research, quality improvement and service change

About You

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a degree that qualifies you for OTBA registration

• Bring extensive clinical leadership and service planning skills

• Manage teams, resources and complex programs effectively

• Lead clinical governance, quality improvement and change

• Communicate clearly and build strong working partnerships

You will bring:

  • Advanced occupational therapy and clinical supervision skills
  • Knowledge of workforce and performance management
  • The ability to deliver evidence-based services across multiple sites

The role requires travel between CALHN sites. A current South Australian driver’s licence and willingness to drive a government vehicle are required when employed in a community setting. Please refer to the role description for the full requirements.
