About the Role
Help shape medical workforce services at CALHN by leading key projects that support trainee medical officers and clinical teams.
- Lead online rostering and timesheet initiatives
- Strengthen compliance, fatigue management and wellbeing
- Guide staff, manage risks and build stakeholder partnerships
- Drive improvements that meet future workforce needs
About You CALHN
To be successful in this role you will:
- Demonstrate leadership and drive positive change
- Lead complex online rostering systems and staff training
- Apply workforce planning, risk management and analytical skills
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes
- Prepare reports and manage data using computer applications
