About the Role
As an Associate Professor, you will:
- Lead curriculum development, design, and review to ensure excellence in teaching and learning.
- Drive innovative, high-impact research that contributes nationally and internationally to the discipline of Occupational Therapy.
- Secure external research funding and foster collaborations with industry partners.
- Mentor junior staff and supervise higher degree research students to build capability within the department.
- Represent La Trobe University at national and international levels, building our reputation as a leader in health and wellbeing education.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- A PhD in a relevant discipline and a distinguished record of internationally recognised research.
- Demonstrated leadership in teaching, curriculum development, and management.
- A strong track record of securing research funding and publishing impactful studies.
- Proven ability to build sustainable industry partnerships and mentor early-career researchers.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive, innovative, and high-performing team culture.
