La Trobe University, a leader in education and innovation, is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst - Students to manage and enhance student-related systems within our Information Services division. This role is integral to optimizing business process automation, leveraging technology to enable exceptional student services.
About the Role
As the Senior Functional Analyst - Students, you will:
- Oversee the management and administration of student systems, primarily within the TechnologyOne Student Management suite.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and implement configurations that enhance service delivery.
- Drive system improvements and continuous optimization of student services.
- Contribute to complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Provide expert advice on system integration, data mapping, and reporting, including ETLs, SQL, and TScript development.
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience in managing complex student systems in a dynamic environment.
- Strong technical expertise in system analysis, integration, and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to design, refine, and integrate multi-component enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in project management and a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- A degree with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of qualifications and knowledge.
