About the position
The Change Analyst at La Trobe University supports the effective delivery of change initiatives across the university. Reporting to the Change Manager, this role involves detailed analysis, planning, and execution of change management activities to ensure projects meet their objectives.
The Change Analyst works closely with project teams and stakeholders to identify and address change impacts, providing insights and recommendations to enhance change adoption and sustainability.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have
• An undergraduate degree in any area relevant to the position with at least 4 years subsequent experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.
• Ability to apply theoretical knowledge or management or policy expertise to bring together diverse and sometimes conflicting information to solve problems.
• Experience in supporting change management initiatives within a complex environment.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting tools.
