About the position
Working within the Library's Learning Services team, you'll lead stakeholder engagement and program enhancement activities to create sustainable, efficient support services for our students. You'll be supported by our Senior Coordinator and Digital Discovery team, ensuring you can focus on making meaningful improvements to these valuable programs.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead consultations with academic staff, tutors, and library teams
• Drive process improvements and documentation
• Coordinate development of enhanced training resources
• Contribute to strategic program recommendations
• Work collaboratively with digital teams on automation solutions
 
 
About You: You're a skilled project coordinator who thrives on stakeholder engagement and driving positive change. Your ability to build relationships, document processes, and coordinate improvements will be essential to success in this role.
 
 
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have
 
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement experience with ability to manage complex relationships and consultations 
• Strong project coordination capabilities with experience in change management methodologies 
• Proven experience in process improvement and documentation 
• Excellent communication and consultation skills with ability to adapt approach for different stakeholder groups
