About the position
This position will contribute to student lifecycle functions and workflows related to the broader Academic Services team. The incumbent is responsible for working closely with peers and teams across the university to ensure a consistent approach to customer service delivery and consistent application of transactional activities and associated procedures. The role will also assist in workload allocation of relevant functions and activities across own and Academic Services team rosters.
Student Administration staff are required to employ and maintain a professional, positive and solution orientated approach across all work practices and daily interactions.
Intercampus travel may be required infrequently.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply relevant policies, procedures or systems.
- Proven ability to innovate and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Demonstrated competency in time-management, setting and adhering to priorities and monitoring workflow within own area of responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience guiding the activities of others including training, coaching, motivation, and result-driven performance.
