La Trobe University Library is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Reading Lists & Resource Sharing Librarian to join our collaborative team. Based at our Bundoora campus, you will help deliver high-quality support for academic staff and students through effective management of reading lists, high-use resources, and inter-library sharing.

In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain reading lists and manage high-use materials to support teaching delivery
- Coordinate resource sharing processes across the University and partner libraries
- Resolve complex supply and access issues for digital and physical collections
- Ensure compliance with copyright and licensing standards while maintaining access to electronic resources
- Contribute to service quality improvement through data reporting and feedback analysis
You’ll bring:
- Qualifications in information management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Excellent organisational and digital literacy skills, with experience using library systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience working in an academic library or related environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
