About the position
Reporting to the School Administration Coordinator, this role provides comprehensive administrative support within the School of Agriculture, Biomedicine and Environment. The incumbent will work as part of a team to assist in ensuring that School objectives are met, and that University policies and procedures are followed.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated ability to learn new software together with a capacity for innovation and taking responsibility for outcomes. You should be adept at setting priorities and monitoring workflows as well as organising work effectively and efficiently to deliver outputs in a timely manner. The role requires the ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team environment. High level proficiency in computer software packages is required as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
