About the position
La Trobe University is seeking a Planning and Digital Partnering Coordinator to support its Strategy and Engagement team by coordinating business engagement, digital strategy, and initiatives across the university. The role involves stakeholder engagement, communication, and integrated planning aligned with university objectives.
Integrated planning and collaboration: The coordinator helps maintain integrated planning capabilities, facilitates communication internally and externally, manages updates and intranet content, and acts as a liaison to foster transparency and accountability.
The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills, analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to service quality.
Skills and Experience
Candidates for this position must possess proven organisational and time management skills, along with demonstrated proficiency in office software and the capability to prepare comprehensive reports and presentations. Effective written and verbal communication, as well as the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, are essential. Additionally, strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and initiative are required.
