We’re looking for a visionary Platform Architect to shape the future of digital platforms at La Trobe University. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the architectural direction of key platforms including Student CRM, SAP, ServiceNow, and Student Management Systems—empowering a digital transformation that directly enhances education, research, and operations.
What you’ll do:
- Design and lead major platform initiatives that align with La Trobe’s strategic goals.
- Provide architectural leadership across enterprise systems—ensuring integration, scalability, and innovation.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and lead high-performing technical teams.
- Manage multimillion-dollar platform budgets and influence enterprise-level decisions.
- Represent La Trobe in sector-wide collaborations and negotiations.
About you:
You’re a strategic thinker and experienced technical leader who thrives in complex digital environments. You bring:
- Expertise in platform architecture, integrations, and enterprise system design.
- Deep knowledge of Student CRM, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects and managing significant budgets.
- A track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
Experience in the higher education sector is a bonus—but not essential.
