About the Role
As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital optimisation, contribute to the development of digital strategy, and ensure alignment with organisational goals. You’ll play a key role in shaping the university’s digital future, leveraging your expertise to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with academic and administrative departments to understand business needs and drive digital transformation.
- Provide expert advice on digital solutions and initiatives, serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the university’s digital strategy.
- Identify innovative digital solutions in collaboration with IS teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
About You
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends (e.g., cloud computing, mobile apps, data analytics).
- Experience with digital platforms and tools (CMS, CRM, LMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and influence senior management.
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused mindset.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies.
Essential Compliance
- Hold, or be willing to obtain, a Victorian Working with Children Check.
- Commitment to comply with all university policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations.
