About the position
We’re seeking a strategic and service-driven leader to join our Future Growth Portfolio as Senior Manager, Admissions. This role is central to delivering high-quality enrolment experiences and driving growth across diverse student markets.
Reporting to the Director, Admissions & Scholarships, you’ll lead operational delivery and continuous improvement across the admissions lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with academic and professional teams to optimise systems, enhance student experience, and ensure compliance.
Duties at this level:
- Lead domestic and international admissions operations and reporting.
- Drive service excellence and conversion through process innovation.
- Align team performance with strategic university goals.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and technology enhancements.
Skills and knowledge:
- Works effectively both independently and in teams to support high-quality admissions outcomes.
- Understands and applies admissions policies, procedures, and systems with sound judgment.
- Interprets legislation and guidance relevant to domestic and international admissions.
