About the position
Reporting to the Senior Advisor, The Executive Officer in the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Future Growth) supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of key priorities across the portfolio. This includes executive reporting, portfolio initiatives, and employee experience planning.
The position is central to ensuring activities are well-connected, coordinated, and aligned with strategic objectives and the successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-level coordination and operational support, helping ensure the portfolio operates effectively.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have
- Demonstrated experience in a coordination, executive support or project support role within a complex organisation.
- Strong ability to synthesise information and prepare high-quality materials for senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, exercise judgement and manage competing priorities.
