This newly created role will provide support to our Head Offices, Retail Operations and RFC/OFC teams in the design and delivery of all leadership and development programs and frameworks for The Sussan Group.
As a true business partner, you will be working to build the capability, skills and experience of our teams with your enthusiastic and impactful approach to facilitation, learning and development.
You will ensure our Group L&D strategy is implemented in alignment with our Group purpose and goals and work with our teams to deliver innovative learning solutions.
With demonstrated experience across the full cycle from scoping and designing through to implementing and managing learning and development strategies and initiatives, you will love being a part of the continuous growth of our team members. Your previous exposure and demonstrated experience in understanding, developing and applying adult learning principles will also support your success in this integral role.
