Our Opportunity
 
As our Digital Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the fashion retail ecommerce website to support trade, marketing and customer experience objectives. 
As part of our Digital team, you will work across ecommerce content, campaign implementation, and personalisation platforms to ensure the website reflects current promotional activity, product updates and brand communications. 
 
You will love being one of the first to see our new products as you manage the product upload onto the website as well as working closely with our Buyers to develop all product info. 
 
Joining your like minded team members, you will bring your fashion-loving self to work everyday as well as your strong customer service and website content management experience, as you continue to grow your digital and e-commerce career with us.
 
Your day-to-day will include:
  • Monitoring stock levels, best sellers, category performance and onsite behaviours
  • Identify opportunities to evolve & improve sales, profit and customer experience
  • Complete all website reporting and present trade results and recommendations
  • Manage day-to-day updates on the website including home page content and landing pages
  • Oversee and manage the execution of merchandise and marketing plans/promotional activity
  • Proactively audit the website to ensure all content is accurate and up to date
  • Undertake regular research of competitors in the online market and communicate these to the team
  • Liaise with digital, marketing and creative teams to ensure web updates are aligned with campaign and commercial timelines

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Marketing/Business/Commerce or IT qualifications
  • Website content management systems experience (Magento or Adobe Commerce)
  • Understanding of ecommerce customer journeys and best practice web usability
  • Skilled in Windows OS & Microsoft Office, Insider (or other personalisation platform)
  • Excel / Google Sheets/ Browser Developer Tools knowledge ideal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high pressure & fast paced environment whilst maintaining composure
