Flexible contracts represent a significant percentage of SSE Business Energy’s portfolio and the accurate calculation of applicable rates and presentment of contact offers are key to maintaining profit margin.
We Support Business Energy’s targets for sales growth and financial delivery through the production, validation and standardisation of all flexible tender responses, ongoing tender management and the control of all processes.
The Role
As a Flexible Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for the successful Pricing, onboarding and setup of new and renewal business opportunities for both Power and Gas Flexi Contracts.
- Ensure accurate Pricing and set up of New and Renewal customer quotations
- Ensure accurate creation and loading of new customer records and associated supply point details into the Evolve platform.
- Track and monitor all site additions and resolve any problems that may impact successful registrations and go live.
- Have responsibility for the efficient preparation and assessment, of new and renewal Flexible contract opportunities within Evolve. Supporting the team with the production of accurate quotations.
- Support the maintenance of the flex contracts database, recording key details about live and future contracts.
- The ability to interpret and analyse complexed pricing errors in the Evolve system, status transitions and management of error logs.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop effective solutions to queries and issues.
You have
- Good working knowledge of the Evolve system.
- Ability to articulate and simplify process steps in order to teach others.
- Knowledge of Evolve statuses and the process they require.
- The ability to interpret complexed errors in the Evolve system.
- Ability to work independently with experience of continuous improvement.
- A good working knowledge of all sales applications and Microsoft Office packages, (Word and Excel) are desirable.
