As a Table Games Dealer reporting directly to the Gaming Supervisor, this role offers an extraordinary opportunity to provide world class guest service whilst ensuring the efficient and accurate operations of the table game.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Gaming at The Star Sydney.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of table games and deliver accurate gameplay
- Ensure assigned gaming tables are always equipped and operational
- Accurately track and rate player activity and participation
- Consistently demonstrate excellent customer service aligned with The Star's values
- Build positive relationships with guests, address their queries promptly, and escalate concerns to management
What we are looking for:
- Previous training and experience as a Games Dealer, Craps and Poker highly desirable
- Availability to work a rotating roster including mid-week, nights, and weekends
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Most importantly, you will be passionate about the casino industry and strive to deliver 5-star service every time!
