The Gaming Marketing Executive, reporting to the Senior Gaming Marketing Manager, will play a key role in supporting and executing targeted marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives aimed at increasing gaming visitation, revenue, and return on marketing investment (ROMI) on a 12-month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test and deliver a thrilling new era for our Marketing team. 

A few of your responsibilities  

  • Support Loyalty & CRM initiatives to acquire new domestic members for The Star Club
  • Deliver clear briefs and ensure campaigns launch on time, on budget, and aligned with objectives
  • Monitor execution of gaming campaigns across all channels
  • Brief teams on campaign build and launch requirements
  • Ensure campaigns meet RSA, RSG, legal, and company standards

What we are looking for 

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or brand development within hospitality or gaming
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related business field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead discussions and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Solid understanding of relevant laws, especially around Privacy and Marketing compliance.

You are a skilled marketing professional with a strong background in advertising, brand development, and campaign execution within the hospitality or gaming sectors.

You are adept at managing multi-channel strategies, from digital platforms to loyalty and CRM programs, with a clear focus on driving customer engagement, visitation, and revenue growth.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Marketing team at The Star Sydney.
