We have an exciting opportunity available for a Change Analyst to join our team on a maximum term contract at The Star Gold Coast!
 
In this role you will play a critical role within the Transformation Office focusing on the people side of change and executing change management activities across the business. You will be responsible for the communication, engagement and training of the business ensuring the changes made that impact our employees are managed effectively in line with business needs.
 
Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, your key responsibilities will involve:
  • Work with project managers to incorporate change management activities into projects with business impacts
  • Apply change management approach and methodology for people impacts caused by projects and change efforts
  • Execute change plans including resistance management to mitigate or address points of resistance
  • Conduct change readiness assessments
  • Contribute to targeted change management plans including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Diploma in change management, project management, business or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in IT Change project management and CM tools
  • Experience managing relationships with internal business customers and external providers
  • Strong verifiable track record of change delivering line with business and project objectives
