As our Quality & Supplier Engagement Lead, you will ensure our food and beverage operations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and guest satisfaction. This is your opportunity to play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will lead with integrity, ensuring compliance in all aspects of your role.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily HACCP audits on incoming products
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse leadership team on audits and onboarding of new suppliers
  • Ensure the B2 warehouse and loading docks meet all HACCP standards
  • Monitor product expiry dates, quality issues, and maintain accurate reporting
  • Partner with the Operations Supervisor to ensure all staff are trained in HACCP procedures
  • Liaise with suppliers and chefs to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely, safe delivery and storage of goods

What we will be looking for:

  • Certified Food Safety Supervisor and HACCP Auditor with strong knowledge of food safety legislation
  • Experience in a food production or hospitality environment with an understanding of food microbiology
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues quickly
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
