As our Marketing Executive Members, you will play a pivotal role in driving property visitation and acquisition to our loyalty program, The Star Club, through thrilling promotions and world-class member only events. With a focus on crafting unforgettable experiences, you will be responsible for developing and driving marketing campaigns that captivate our diverse audience.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Deliver marketing activities (including promotions, entertainment, customer communications, advertising and events) and ensure all activity is aligned with brand direction and business goals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to devise and execute promotional campaigns, events, and activations that drive customer engagement and repeat visitation
  • Leverage key seasonal occasions to grow revenue and drive visitation
  • Manage multiple communication channels and audiences to increase brand presence and customer connection

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in marketing with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns (gaming and/or hospitality marketing highly regarded)
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work cross-functionally with ease
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A creative, curious mindset with a passion for customer-led marketing
  • Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)
  • Flexible availability to meet business demands and attend events when needed
