As a Revenue Analyst, you will report to the Revenue Manager in optimising The Star Sydney’s hotel inventory by maximising performance across all market segments. You’ll also build strong relationships with distribution partners to proactively identify and capitalise on revenue‑generating opportunities

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Sales and Revenue team. 

A few of your responsibilities

  • Provides guidance on hotel inventory and allocations across all segments including but not limited to Casino, Leisure, Corporate and Business groups
  • Support the Revenue Manager in executing revenue management strategies, collating and regularly analysing hotel data to the business.
  • Develop and refine hotel forecasting and yielding models and communicate insights to all business stakeholders
  • Maintain strong relationships and oversee all distribution channels, including company websites, guest services, OTAs, wholesalers, and GDS

What we will be looking for

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with sound judgment and analytical ability
  • Experience in the hotel and/or casino industry particularly in Revenue Management 
  • Advanced knowledge of Opera PMS, Ideas G3 and Amadeus Channel Management and GDS System
