Join The Star Gold Coast as an Event Services Captain, where you will support in delivering outstanding events that exceed guest expectations, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, ensuring every detail runs smoothly while upholding high standards of service excellence. In this role, you will assist the Event Services Assistant Floor Manager to ensure seamless event operations and flawless coordination, lead and inspire a collaborative, guest-focused events team, provide on-the-job support and development to team members, and maintain exceptional attention to detail across presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
